America is in a sorry state. Another police officer is being SLANDERED BY THE MEDIA for a CRIME THEY DIDN’T COMMIT.

And it all just goes to show how LIBERALS’ claims of RACIAL BIAS BY POLICE are COMPLETELY UNFOUNDED.

Bill O’Reilly KNOWS THE TRUTH… and he SPEAKS IT, saying…

“Talking Points” has documented how rare police killings of Americans really are no matter what the color. 99.9 percent of all police arrests do not result in a fatality.

Let’s take a good look at this plague of white cops acting violently against blacks as Dyson puts it. In the past 50 years, the rate of black Americans killed by police has dropped 70 percent. In 2012, 123 African- Americans were shot dead by police. There are currently more than 43 million blacks living in the U.S.A. Same year, 326 whites were killed by police bullets. Those are the latest stats available.”

Yes! There is no police bias and there never has been, because cops were shooting 70% more black people 50 years ago, and because AMERICA is about INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM. You pull yourself up by your own bootstraps (Bill never got any welfare) and you SHOOT YOURSELF with your own actions toward police (Bill never had a problem with police, neither should you, blacks). If you don’t like what an authority is telling you, do what the Founders would have done, JUST COMPLY WITH THEIR ORDERS WITHOUT QUESTION! The cops are on our side. RACIAL AGITATORS are against us. The latest stats AVAILABLE prove it.

(Remember that for later)

But BLACK PEOPLE and THE MEDIA don’t get it. They UNJUSTLY VILIFY good, honest police officers.

First, it was Darren Wilson, the upstanding, white, Ferguson, Missouri police officer who justifiably shot Black Man Michael Brown in August. Wilson had to endure MEDIA SCRUTINY just because witnesses claimed he shot the UNARMED Michael Brown while his hands were in the air.

An UNBIASED grand jury proved that liberal narrative FALSE.

Now it’s NYPD Officer Daniel Pantaleo, who the MEDIA is INDICTING IN THE COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION because he choked Black Man Eric Garner to death on video and ignored him shouting “I can’t breathe” seven times…

Today, an UNBIASED grand jury also proved that narrative FALSE. And, thankfully, they weren’t swayed by the LIBERALLY BIASED FACT that the chokehold used by Pantaleo has been banned by the NYPD for over 20 years precisely because it happened to kill a lot of people.

BLACK PEOPLE, a.k.a. lazy, RACIAL AGITATORS, are now expected to protest and riot in New York.

And, BLACK PEOPLE are already protesting, rioting and looting in Ferguson. And, yes those are all equal crimes, right Bill O’Reilly?

“Some national TV networks reported most of the demonstrators were not violent but that is false. Once you see crimes being committed in any situation, you must walk away or you become part of the violent mob, part of the criminal activity. The protesters who did not loot or burn or assault the police but who remained in the fray are guilty of aiding and abetting those who did by providing them cover and support.”

I don’t know why these black people that are SO SURE cops are profiling them can’t just take a lesson from the civil rights heroes of the past and quietly take their seat in the back of the bus while waiting for change to come naturally. It’s called FREE-MARKET CHANGE.

No. For some reason, they decide they must demonstrate violently to make their point.

Why they feel like they need to do that to make sure their voices are heard is beyond me.

By all accounts, the local authorities are attuned to the concerns of their community, such as this account, which I assume supports my conclusions without having read it…

“On the afternoon of June 12, 2000, two unarmed black men pulled into the parking lot of a Jack in the Box in the northern suburbs of St. Louis, just a few miles from where Michael Brown was killed by a police officer in Ferguson, Missouri, earlier this month.

In the car were Earl Murray, a small-time drug dealer, and his friend Ronald Beasley. Waiting for them were a dozen detectives. By the time Murray realized it was a sting, he was surrounded. Panicked, he put his car into reverse but slammed into a police SUV behind him. Two officers approaching the car from the front opened fire. Twenty-one shots rained down on Murray and Beasley.

In an ensuing investigation, the local prosecutor, Robert P. McCulloch, put the case to a grand jury, citizens who receive evidence under the instruction, questioning and watchful eye of the prosecutor to decide whether to press charges. The story presented to the grand jury was that Murray’s car moved toward the two officers, who then fired out of self-defense. The grand jury declined to indict the officers, and McCulloch said he agreed with the decision.”

So, a Ferguson prosecutor misled a grand jury in the past to protect white police officers who gunned down a black CRIMINAL… SO WHAT? Not like he has anything to do with the Michael Brown case… Right?

McCulloch’s office [presented] evidence to a grand jury in the case of Brown, the black, unarmed 18-year-old whose shooting death by white police officer Darren Wilson on August 9 sparked nearly two weeks of riots.

So, he was the Darren Wilson prosecutor. So what? I’m sure more facts will confirm his UNbias…

McCulloch decried Missouri Governor Jay Nixon’s decision to pull the St. Louis County Police out of Ferguson and put the State Highway Patrol in charge, even after the local force’s response to the protests turned Ferguson into a war zone. “To denigrate the men and women of the county police department is shameful,” he said.

“I’m not sure there was another person in the hemisphere who thought they were doing fine,” said Jeff Smith, a former Missouri state senator who represented inner-city St. Louis.

I thought they were doing fine! And I live in this hemisphere!

LIBERALS will point out these anecdotal lies to make their FALSE ARGUMENT that there is an institutional problem with our justice/law enforcement system that favors white cops and disproportionately hurts minorities. But to argue that an HONORABLE POLICEMAN would have just recklessly discharged his firearm on an innocent civilian is JUST RIDICULOUS!

“Get down, get the fuck out of here and get that light off, or you’re getting shot with this.” – Ferguson police officer, to a reporter

And, even if there happen to be some LIBERAL COINCIDENCES that make the Ferguson case look incredibly biased, that doesn’t mean all of these cases of white cops killing BLACKS are just as bad. I’m sure the Eric Garner choking case in Staten Island was better, right?…

“Odd as it may sound when referring to “liberal” New York City, the grand jury process here has in many respects been more suspect than that of Ferguson.

McCulloch released reams of evidence, but here in New York, the grand jury process will, by law, be shrouded in secrecy. We don’t know how cop-friendly Staten Island District Attorney Daniel Donovan has handled the case.

And for leaving the case in Donovan’s hands, we must blame Cuomo.

His refusal to step into the Garner case and assure we don’t have prosecutorial abuses of the kind that marred the Ferguson process stands out starkly. In August, more than a dozen state lawmakers asked Cuomo to appoint a special prosecutor in the case. He did not.”

Wow… if I didn’t have to disagree with liberals that a black person was discriminated against by authorities, I might say that the whole thing sounds incredibly shady.

We know CONSERVATIVES don’t believe there was anything but JUSTICE WELL SERVED in Ferguson. I wonder what CONSERVATIVES think about Eric Garner.

Let’s ask CONSERVATIVE HERO TROLL, Sean Davis of The, a site which is very clear on what they think about Ferguson– the prosecution, “Did the Right Thing.” Sean, what do you think about Garner’s case in Staten Island?

Why, it’s almost as if the grand jury system is just a convenient means for prosecutors to get the outcome they want wrapped in a veneer of due process. Want to indict a ham sandwich? Consider it indicted. Texas Gov. Rick Perry was indicted for vetoing a spending bill, but a New York prosecutor can’t indict an officer who killed another man in an incident that was completely captured on video? Come on.

John Edwards was right: there are Two Americas. There’s an America where people who kill for no legitimate reason are held to account, and there’s an America where homicide isn’t really a big deal as long as you play for the right team.

Unfortunately Eric Garner was a victim in the second America, where some homicides are apparently less equal than others.”

Got it. So, conservatives are upset because they feel Eric Garner was a victim of an unfair double standard of justice where there are two different “Americas” with different sets of rules for two sets of people. And, they also can’t understand why the Ferguson protesters are mad because a black man was killed and the guy they accuse of killing him because of race was never subjected to a real judicial process because he is in a separate class of offender: police officer.

Two totally different situations…

Wait, now I’m getting confused. What’s the difference between the conservative take on the Garner Grand Jury and liberals’ take on the Ferguson Grand Jury?

What do liberals think? Let’s ask a LIB-TARD at the Boston Globe

“No amount of justifications or rationalizations by the Ferguson Police Department about procedures or protocols will ever convince me that they would have allowed a white body to linger on the street like that. That image gave the permanent lie to any notions that we have somehow transformed into a “post-racial” society. It powerfully conveyed what those of us who examine the research on a regular basis have long acknowledged. In this country, we have two systems of justice: one for White America and one for Black America, particularly for Young Black Male America.

Oh, now I see. In Ferguson, it’s an issue of WHITE PEOPLE getting different treatment than BLACK PEOPLE– which doesn’t exist and is just a LIBERAL LIE. But, in Staten Island, it’s an issue of GOVERNMENT getting different treatment than CITIZENS– which is a legitimate conservative fear.

As a conservative, in Staten Island, I can DECRY the CORRUPT GOVERNMENT that protects POLICE from JUSTICE when they cross a line and there’s CLEAR VIDEO evidence of them crossing it.

But in Ferguson, I must DEFEND the RIGHTS of the WHITE POLICE OFFICER to do his job without being encumbered by the FAUX RACISM IMAGINED by RACE BAITERS like Obama and Eric Holder which the black community has been LIED TO IS HAPPENING.

The difference is GOVERNMENT killing CITIZENS is BAD when I see it. But WHITE GOVERNMENT killing BLACK CITIZENS is justice because I don’t see it, and I don’t believe it can happen unless an officer is under attack by a 6-plus foot tall black “Hulk Hogan,” and must fight back with his gun. Any other police abuse of minorities is just IMAGINED by RACE AGITATORS to DIVIDE A POST-RACIAL AMERICA.

Police just don’t do stuff like that. As Bill O’Reilly’s earlier-mentioned “Latest Stats AVAILABLE” show beyond a doubt.

And, I’ll even double down on that. We can definitely trust police when it comes to not killing people. In fact, the Wall Street Journal, which is part of O’Reilly’s parent company Newscorp, just did a new study of data on police killings TODAY…

… and what, PRAY TELL, did they find???

A Wall Street Journal analysis of the latest data from 105 of the country’s largest police agencies found more than 550 police killings… were missing from the national tally or, in a few dozen cases, not attributed to the agency involved. The result: It is nearly impossible to determine how many people are killed by the police each year.

Oh, come on! So you’re telling me the numbers O’Reilly cites to prove police don’t kill more minorities are in no way reliable because it turns out police departments don’t actually report HUNDREDS OF KILLINGS? WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT???

Well, I bet they at least have a good explanation that will put us all at ease. Right?

Police in Washington, D.C., didn’t report to the FBI details about any homicides for an entire decade beginning with 1998—the year the Washington Post found the city had one of the highest rates of officer-involved killings in the country.

D.C. Metropolitan Police Chief Cathy Lanier said she doesn’t know why the agency stopped reporting the numbers in 1998… She referred questions about why the department stopped reporting homicides in 1998 to former Chief Charles H. Ramsey, now head of the Philadelphia Police Department. Mr. Ramsey declined to comment.

GREAT! This is BLOWING UP all my preconceived notions about police greatness.

Well, I guess I can admit that police could do a better job assuring people that they aren’t going to be killed for no reason.

PEOPLE OF ALL RACES are, I guess, justified in thinking Eric Garner’s case represents a serious problem with our Justice System.

But, I WILL NOT admit that black people are right to feel police are out to get them! There ARE two AMERICAS: but they’re not “Black America” and “White America.”

No. They’re “Government America,” and “Conservative Fear-of-Government America.”

…and there’s also a third America: “Liberal-Black-Police-Hating-Race-Baiter-America.” THAT’s the America that we need to STOP FROM DESTROYING US… even if they essentially have the same concerns as
“Conservative Fear-of-Government America,” but with black people.

Glad we got that worked out. And the police haven’t even done anything ABSURDLY SHADY in like 30 seconds so maybe my faith in them is being restored.

Wait–, what did they do now?

Less than a month after [Eric] Garner was killed, the same DA’s office tasked with handling his homicide case just happened to get a grand jury indictment against the man who filmed Garner’s homicide.

Okay. It’s one thing.

Wait–, what?

Police in Cleveland gunned down a child with a toy gun without even giving him a chance to surrender, and it’s also on tape??? And, the guy who called 9-1-1 said it was a toy gun???

Great… why can’t you just DO NO HARM, law enforcement?

Sure hope they don’t do anything else…

Aggressive police take hundreds of millions of dollars from motorists not charged with crimes… Under the federal Equitable Sharing Program, police have seized $2.5 billion since 2001 from people who were not charged with a crime and without a warrant being issued. Police reasoned that the money was crime-related. About $1.7 billion was sent back to law enforcement agencies for their use… In 400 federal court cases examined by The Post where people who challenged seizures and received some money back, the majority were black, Hispanic or another minority.

Well, I mean, maybe they stole a few billion dollars from people, mostly minorities. Big deal.

SURELY, there can’t be anything else…

Wait–, what? A 35 year veteran of the St. Louis county police is a member of an armed “patriot” group and goes around giving racist speeches talking about killing people for no reason?

You’re kidding right?

No. Well, at least there’s no video

The video, which the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports was made in 2012 in front of a group called the Oath Keepers of St. Louis and St. Charles, shows officer Dan Page making disturbing remarks about Muslims (“Muslims are passive until they gain parity with you or they exceed you in numbers and they will kill you”), President Barack Obama, and killing, saying “I’m into diversity. I kill everybody. I don’t care”:

“I’ve killed a lot. And if I need to, I’ll kill a whole bunch more. If you don’t want to get killed, don’t show up in front of me. I have no problems with it. God did not raise me to be a coward.”

During a slideshow displaying images from a recent trip to Kenya, he says:

“I said ‘I wanna go find where that illegal alien claiming to be my president, my undocumented president, lives at.'”

So a police officer in the same county as Ferguson is on tape spreading racist lies about Obama and saying, “If you don’t want to get killed, don’t show up in front of me.”

I just can’t understand why these LIBERAL, BLACK, RACE BAITERS are able to convince these protesters that GOOD, HONEST POLICE ARE OUT TO GET THEM?!?!?

Update: the “Oath Keepers” are preparing to engage in armed combat with the Ferguson protesters. We’ve come full circle…

Also, apparently, the cops I’ve mentioned in this article are actually the good ones…
